He is also currently learning German and would welcome anyone to speak it with!

Paul Ward-Hinton

Client Care Assistant

Paul joined Medivet in 2022, initially working at the Dorchester 24hr Hospital where he enjoyed tremendously the challenges the role delivered. As of June 2023 Paul joined the Beaminster team, bringing with him the benefit of that experience. Having worked for a major corporate for 32 years Paul retired at 55, after which he had a few years to enjoy his retirement, before deciding he needed a part time occupation, and is now very happy to be part of the Medivet team. Paul lives with his husband in rural Somerset and their Red and Golden Labradors, Gin and Mills, along with Blu the cat who is definitely the boss of the house! Paul and his husband love walking the Jurassic coast, eating out and generally enjoying all that life has to offer!

New beginnings at Honeysuckle Practice. We’ve been going for years & now with new administration it has been turned around. Friendly and efficient team with very proficient vets; sensitive & thorough especially Pedro who has treated my dachshund. Outstanding consultation & diagnosis. Cost of treatment with meds, very reasonable. I have signed up for the Medivet Health care plan. Extremely worthwhile.

This practice is superb. I cannot thank everyone enough for the care and treatment of my elderly dog, Bridget. A special mention to Paul and his colleagues on reception, so professional, polite, and caring. The practice is well appointed with lovely clean and well decorated reception space, and modern consulting rooms, plenty of car parking space and a small area to walk your pet. Also a special mention to Pedro, Bridget’s vet. He is a brilliant communicator, explaining so professionally and carefully the treatment required for your pet. He is our Supervet. Thanks also go to the team behind the scenes, exemplary, we know Paul and Pedro can’t do it all themselves 😉 Thank you 🌻
